Daycare Teacher - Floater

RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Floating Teacher, you will:

● Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
● Help maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
● Work alongside our teacher and director to ensure a quality experience is had by all
● Assist with cleaning, breaks, maintaining ratios and overall operations between all three classrooms
● Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
● Complete extensive training on child care and child development topics.

QUALIFICATIONS:

● Energetic, dependable, passionate individuals who are at least 18 years old 
● High school diploma or equivalent
● Bbility to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children

COMPENSATION: $16.00 per hour

SCHEDULE: Part-time 20-25 hours per week.  Monday - Friday 1:00pm-5:30pm.
