Camp Administrator
BASIC JOB FUNCTION: Function as primary contact for camp families by email/phone/text; manage camp database; manage camp office; organize and track camp paperwork; manage camp staff; assist with onboarding; manage and track payroll and expenses; assist with marketing campaigns; oversee a variety of administrative responsibilities including report generation and communications.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal, phone, and email skills; commitment and capacity to respond to all correspondence in a timely and professional manner. Highly attentive to the needs of camp families.
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A reliable team player who is willing to do whatever is necessary to ensure that camp runs smoothly.
- Basic computer and keyboarding skills, including Microsoft Office; database and spreadsheet skills a plus.
- Ability to learn new software, including SPORTIME’s club/camp management, POS and database management software.
SCHEDULE:
- Spring, Summer and Fall Seasons, between 40-52 hours per week
- Off-Season, November 1 - March 15: Flexible Remote Hybrid (Schedule TBD)
Please note that position does not offer company-provided housing. Candidates should be able to commute to the Amagansett site daily.
